1.Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Trip Planner (the “service”). By using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2.What Trip Planner is

Trip Planner is a planning tool. It composes itineraries, budgets, and travel information from verified data sources. It is not a travel agency, tour operator, or booking platform, and it does not sell or reserve flights, accommodation, or activities.

3.Estimates, not guarantees

Prices, availability, climate figures, travel times, and similar details are estimates, and are labelled as such throughout the service. They can change at any time and may differ from what a provider offers. Always confirm the live price and availability with the relevant provider before you book or travel. We are not responsible for third-party pricing or availability changes.

4.Accuracy and grounding

We match places to real sources and read visa references from a curated table rather than letting the AI invent them. Even so, information can be incomplete or become outdated. You are responsible for confirming critical details — including visa, passport, health, safety, and entry requirements — with official government and provider sources before making decisions.

5.Your responsibilities and acceptable use

When using the service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate inputs and use the service for lawful, personal travel-planning purposes.
• Respect rate limits and not attempt to overload, scrape, or circumvent the service.
• Not misuse the service to generate unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.

6.Accounts

You may use much of the service anonymously. If you create an account, you are responsible for the activity under it and for keeping your access credentials secure. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

7.Intellectual property

The service, including its software, design, and original content, belongs to us or our licensors. Your trip inputs remain yours; you grant us the limited licence needed to process them and provide the service to you. Imagery and data supplied by third parties remain the property of their respective owners.

8.Third-party services and links

The service relies on and links to third-party providers for data, imagery, and booking. Your use of those third parties is governed by their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices.

9.Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10.Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for travel decisions made in reliance on the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11.Changes to the service and terms

We may modify or discontinue features, and we may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the “last updated” date above, and your continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12.Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the service is operated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The specific governing jurisdiction will be stated here before public launch.
